Terms and Conditons:

1.Pricing:  

All prices are FOB kathmandu, Nepal only.  Prices are subject to change without a prior notification , but once the order is acknowledged, prices will remain the same until delivery.

2.Payment:

50% advance payment with confirmed order and the rest 2 weeks before delivery.

3.Delivery:

Lead time of 2-3 months or as agreed upon, for the dispatch of the goods.

4.Packing:

Wooden or carton boxes will be used. Individual packing of most items will aslo be done. Instructions on packing, if any, will be followed.

5.Freight:

Normally goods are sent by air freight, but upon demand if can be shipped by sea freight if neccessary volume and weight are fufilled or consolidation is done with the other suppliers as instructed.
